Targeted web push campaigns
A bulk dispatch of web push notifications have a similar purpose as bulk email dispatches, but the reach efficiency is much higher with web pushes. The notification, as soon as it is received, appears on the user’s screen, regardless of whether they are using a mobile device or a computer. A web push notification is much more conspicuous and really hard to miss. Therefore, its effectiveness is much higher than that of email. What is more important – subscribing to web push notifications requires one, at most two clicks – there is no complicated double opt-in process, which is mandatory for email marketing, and which significantly lowers the effectiveness of newsletter signups. Targeting web push campaigns is a key issue affecting the effectiveness of notification mailings. While mailing to the entire base is of course possible, we highly recommend targeting campaigns and sending notifications based on data collected through segmentation and scoring. This results in a less exploited base, while the effectiveness of the campaign is much higher.
