Monitoring of anonymous users returning to the site
The module allows for monitoring the behaviour of all site users, even those who have not provided any data (e.g., email address), made any purchase, created a customer account or signed up for web push notifications. The functionality makes it possible not only to recognize the so-called anonymous users when they return to the site, but most importantly assigns them to appropriate segments, i.e. performs profiling and engagement analysis. The tool makes it possible to prepare precise product recommendations for returning but anonymous users, attempting to convince them with tailored dynamic content to register, subscribe or purchase.
