Scoring
A module that supports user profiling and segmentation. Just as segmentation determines users’ interests, scoring allows us to determine their engagement. In particular, thanks to scoring we can separate users who accidentally entered the site from those who regularly return to it, or check which product, among several viewed, interested the user the most, by checking how many times they viewed each of them. User scoring, along with user segmentation, is an indispensable source of data for precise marketing automation activities, both on-site and off-site.
