Personalized dynamic content
Dynamic content is one of the most important tools in the PushAd Marketing Automation range. This functionality allows personalization or hyper-personalization of communication with customers by analyzing their behaviour during the current session or previous visits to the site. Dynamic content can be used in the form of a website layout, a pop-up or embedded directly in the content of the page. The latter works especially well, because the user is not able to determine which part of the viewed page is identical for everyone, and which was dynamically generated specifically for them. We talk about personalization of dynamic content when we prepare it to be tailored to selected audience segments – for example, all those who are not subscribed to web push notifications or newsletters can be encouraged to subscribe in this way. We talk about hyperpersonalization when a dynamic message is prepared for a specific user, based on their and only their behaviour on the site. For example, when we know what category of blog posts a particular user is interested in, and a new post has appeared in the category that the user has not yet read.
